On 5 December 2025, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and FAAZMIAR officially sealed a new chapter of collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony held at the university. The event brought together UiTM leadership, faculty members, and the Faazmiar team to mark a shared commitment to drive innovation, research, and talent development in Malaysia’s engineering and digital energy landscape.
In addition to Faazmiar, the ceremony also welcomed two other industry partners—Ikhlas Resmi (M) Sdn Bhd and Evolusi Pusaka Sdn Bhd—who joined UiTM in formalising collaborative efforts aimed at strengthening academic-industry linkages. Their participation reinforces UiTM’s broader mission to cultivate strategic partnerships that support national development and empower future engineers and technologists.
The partnership aims to strengthen industry–academia collaboration by enabling joint research, knowledge exchange, and real-world engineering applications. Through this MoU, UiTM students will gain greater exposure to industrial practices, including guest lectures, training opportunities, and project-based learning supported by Faazmiar’s expertise in real-time monitoring, digital oilfield solutions, and green energy technologies.
Both organisations believe this collaboration will play an essential role in shaping a future-ready workforce and elevating Malaysia’s capabilities in engineering and digital innovation. By combining academic strength with industry-driven solutions, UiTM and Faazmiar are poised to unlock new opportunities that benefit students, researchers, and the wider energy sector.
