FAAZMIAR Bubur Lambuk Distribution Program: A Day of Giving
Embracing the spirit of Ramadan, FAAZMIAR organized a Bubur Lambuk Distribution Program, bringing staff together for a meaningful day of cooking, teamwork, and charity. This special initiative aimed to share blessings with the community and strengthen bonds among colleagues.
Preparing for the Event
The day began at 8:30 AM with a dedicated effort to set up the cooking area. Staff members tidied up the space, arranging it for the preparation of ingredients such as vegetables, onions, and meat.
Ingredient Preparation & Cooking Setup
Once the workspace was ready, the team split into different tasks. Some focused on cutting the meat, onions, carrots, and other ingredients, while others arranged the large cooking pot, stove, and wooden blinds to shield the fire from the wind. Behind the office, a separate team efficiently set up the entire cooking station, ensuring a smooth and safe cooking process.
The Bubur Lambuk Cooking Process
With all ingredients prepared, the cooking officially began. The process started with sautéing onions, cinnamon, and other aromatics in oil before gradually adding meat, water, and other essential ingredients. Stirring the porridge required continuous effort, with male staff members taking turns for 2–3 hours to ensure a perfect consistency.
Distributing the Bubur Lambuk
Once the Bubur Lambuk was ready, it was carefully portioned into containers for distribution. The team delivered portions to a nearby mosque, a Tahfiz school, and the company’s valued partners. Additionally, each FAAZMIAR staff member received a share, spreading the joy of this Ramadan tradition within the organization.
Cleaning Up & Closing the Event
After the distribution, a final cleanup session took place. The team worked together to wash the large pot, clear away the cooking equipment, and restore the area to its original state. With everything back in order, the event came to a close, leaving a sense of fulfillment and gratitude among all participants.
